               Recently i saw Varun Agarwal's video on YouTube where he was motivating a huge group of Students.

            The speech by varun Agarwal is an filmMaker,Author,Entrepreneur and one who has "Failed in Engineering Degree", was delivered at the INK Talks.Since 10 minutes video Titled "From Failing in Engineering to Co-Funding a Million Dollor Company" ,was uploaded on YouTube.

            Agarwal's Speech ,provides insight into his fascinating journey from having failed several papers during his engineering course to writing a successful business plan on a tisse paper while drinking in a bar,centres on the theme DON'T THINK , JUST DO.. 

            The two words Don't think ,flies in the face a sage advice such as, 'look before you leap and think  twice' before you make an important decision handed down from generation to generation.This video motivates one to 'Celebrate failure' as long as you learn from it.  As a culture ,we have been brought up to celebrate big moments of success,but it's failure that we should celebrate it should be moment of motivation.

            Varun agarwal braved anu aunty and co-funded alma mater,a million dollor company.He wrote a successful book about it.His company alma mater,raised funds.recently he is an inspiration for aspiring entrepreneurs.
